Thermal Transfer Product
Our Thermal Transfer Products are all specifically engineered to image when printed with a Thermal Transfer Ribbon through a barcode printer. Our products cover a wide range of applications from our G.P. permanent adhesive in our standard stock program labels to custom manufactured products with a multitude of different adhesives to meet our customers’ requirements.
- Thermal Transfer Paper – Our Thermal Transfer Labels are made from a 40# paper sheet which has a thermal transfer receptive coating which enables the label to be imaged with a wax ribbon through a thermal transfer printer. These labels are a general purpose label used in many applications such as transportation package identification, shipping labels, inventory control and product identification.
- Thermal Transfer Tag – Our standard Thermal Transfer Tag is 7 mil in thickness and has a thermal transfer respective coating on one side of it, which enables the tag to be imprinted with wax ribbon through a thermal transfer printer. These tags are used in such applications as retail pricing of garments, shipping identification and WIP tracking.
- Synthetic Paper – Our Synthetic Paper is 4 mil in thickness and has a coating on the face that is thermal transfer respective and can be imaged with a wax ribbon through a thermal transfer printer. These labels are engineered to withstand water, grease, chemicals, sunlight and are fairly tear resistant. These labels are used in such applications as lumber labels, chemical drum labeling and window labels to mention a few.
- Polypropylene – Our Synthetic BOPP is 2.8 mil in thickness and has very smooth face which enables it to be imaged with a wax / resin or resin ribbon through a thermal transfer printer. These labels are used in applications that require tear resistance and must with stand harsh environmental conditions.
